More than 8,000 pounds of cannabis were confiscated last week in several maritime operations that resulted in two ships sinking. Legislators in Colombia are looking to pass a bill that would legalize marijuana in the country this year. A Chamber of Representatives committee advanced the marijuana legalization bill in a 26-6 vote earlier this week.
