Kenneth Gay, a Michigan resident, has filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality the cannabis social equity program in Los Angeles. The Department of Health in Minnesota has approved the addition of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) to the list of medical conditions for which patients can be certified to start using medical marijuana. As the Cannabis Control Board of Nevada had earlier announced, regulators held two lotteries on last week to pick the first set of licensees that will be allowed to open marijuana consumption lounges in the state.
