420 with CNW – Florida Lawmakers Continue Debating Edibles and Other Marijuana Issues
The lawmakers in Florida approved the use of marijuana edibles more than two years ago, and this week, the health officials set in motion their plans of making the treats available in retail outlets. The most commonly used marijuana-infused treats by patients and recreational users include cookies, gummies, and lollipops in states that have already legalized the marijuana. The Department of Health in Florida announced that they developed regulations for products that will be allowed and those that will not be approved; however, they have not released the details.
