On Thursday, NFL team owners approved a proposed collective bargaining agreement, which ensures that National Football League players would no longer be suspended from games for testing positive for marijuana. The agreement was then circulated to the players. The new measure being floated for approval by the NFL Players Association would also reduce the number of players being subjected to marijuana testing.
