A new survey carried out by Fort Hays State University in Kansas shows that the majority of the state’s residents are in favor of recreational marijuana, and they are in support of the industry’s taxation. The Annual Kansas Speaks survey used opinions of Kansas residents on a myriad of public policy issues such as Medicaid expansion and weapons control.
