420 with CNW – California Governor Signs Law Allowing Medical Marijuana on K-12 Campuses
In some California school districts, parents can now bring medical marijuana to their children in K-12 campuses; this is according to a new bill signed into law by Governor Gavin Newson. Last year, Governor Jerry Brown had barred the same bill. The bill which was signed late Wednesday states that, if the school board permits access, parents can administer medical marijuana that is not in the form of vaping or smoking products to the students on the campus premises.
