420 with CNW – Group Claims Federal Government Broke the Law in Cannabis Scheduling Evaluation
The Competitive Enterprises Institute, a libertarian think tank, has claimed in a formal filing that the federal government erred in the way it handled the scientific evaluation of cannabis’ therapeutic value, and the government must therefore take steps to fix the errors it made. Their request for correction was sent to the Department of Health and Human Services (U.S. HHS).
