The Michigan Medical Marijuana Licensing Board has voted to allow more than 60 medical cannabis dispensaries to reopen at least until March 31 as their license applications are processed. State records that were published on January 14 show that Arizonans set a record in the state by consuming a total of 61 tons of different forms of medical marijuana.
