Dozens of states in the United States have now legalized medical cannabis use. In most of these territories, qualifying patients have to receive a recommendation from their doctors before accessing medical marijuana. Last week, the U.S. Court of International Trade rejected an attempt made by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to block the import of cannabis trimming equipment into a state that has legalized marijuana.
