In some California school districts, parents can now bring medical marijuana to their children in K-12 campuses; this is according to a new bill signed into law by Governor Gavin Newson. The American Civil Liberties Union is suing Lebanon County’s Court System and probation department over their decision that prevents the use of medical marijuana by people who are on parole.
