420 with CNW – Oregon Eases Access to Medical Marijuana
The authority in charge of overseeing cannabis in Oregon (the Oregon Liquor Control Commission) has released new rules that will make it easier for patients to access medical marijuana. The new rules that are set to take effect tomorrow (December 28) will allow marijuana to be delivered to those areas where the local authorities have passed ordinances banning any marijuana-related business activity within their jurisdictions.
