International Endeavors (OTC: IDVV) this morning said that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kubby Cryogenics, Inc. Per the agreement, Kubby Cryogenics will seek to patent medical grade cannabis strains that are genetically profiled to treat specific diseases. The agreement also states that Steve Kubby will immediately become CEO of International Endeavors. Kubby Cryogenics has assembled a team of top scientists and geneticists to continue developing the company’s proprietary cryogenics products. “We will create a dispensary system for legal medical cannabis states standardizing the patient centered, consultation approach while presenting an enticing line of Adult Use products featuring a patent pending menu of powerful strains and pure, all natural, solvent-less concentrate products,” International Endeavors incoming CEO Steve Kubby stated in the news release.
