Per the update, this milestone represents the completion of more than 23 percent of the total 30,000-square-foot cultivation facility. “We are pleased to see the completion of the first phase of the greenhouse facilities,” Donald Steinberg, CEO of MCOA, stated in the news release. “Once the security system is in place, we are confident the site will pass final inspection allowing our tenant-growers to occupy the facility and begin operations.
