According to the update, all matters put before shareholders for consideration were approved by the majority of votes cast at the meeting. In particular, shareholders approved the election of all director nominees, as well as items of business including setting of the company’s number of directors at six; and the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company’s auditor for the ensuing year and authorization of directors to fix their remuneration.
