The new company will include wholly owned foreign enterprise CBD Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and U.S.-based wholly owned subsidiaries Hemp Logic, Inc. and ChineseHempOil.com, Inc. Shareholders have the option to exchange four shares of CIIX common stock for one share in the new company (http://cnw.fm/Z4wAo). The new company is expected to be brought to the public market, through either OTC or Canadian exchange, in the next 10-18 months.
