Marijuana Company of America Inc. (OTCQB: MCOA) is raising the profile of its hempSMART subsidiary in the United States and is planning an expansion of the brand into Asia and Europe. The company intends to use $10 million in new capital that it plans to raise from the sale of common stock to fund these expansion efforts.
