Sixth Annual Cannabis World Congress and Business Expo to Feature B.I.G. Thinker

As Cannabis World Congress and Business Expo (CWCBExpo) looms on the event horizon, big things are about to happen. Set for September 26-28 at South Hall K in the Los Angeles Convention Center, CWCBExpo is a business-to-business trade show held three times a year, in New York, Los Angeles and Boston.

The event has become an essential forum for dispensary owners, growers, suppliers, investors, medical professionals, government regulators, legal counsel and entrepreneurs looking to identify developing trends in this fast-growing industry. The Los Angeles lineup of headline speakers will include CJ Wallace, son of the late Notorious B.I.G., who will discuss critical issues and his inspiration behind the ThinkBIG Cannabis Brand.

Known variously as Biggie Smalls and the Notorious B.I.G. (http://cnw.fm/v3dKF), Christopher Wallace is credited with “almost single-handedly reinvent[ing] East Coast hip hop.” Now, his son, CJ Wallace, who was less than a year old when Smalls was killed in a drive-by shooting, is taking up his father’s mantle. Wallace will be a headlining speaker at CWCBExpo and is expected to share his inspirational perspective on the future of cannabis and how the global community can embrace curiosity and creativity within this burgeoning industry.

Wallace is on a personal mission to discover who his father was – not as a legend, but as a man – and to explore the connections they may share. Through conversations with family members and friends, he learned that his dad had used cannabis as a tool to unlock creativity and harness his signature flow. Following that road, Wallace has launched a premium cannabis brand with a name – ThinkBIG – that honors his father. His groundbreaking panel, titled ‘A Brand New Cannabis World’, starts at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, at CWCBExpo.

Other speakers billed to appear include Claire Kaufmann, Steve White and Chuck Smith. Kaufmann is director of client services at the Brightfield Group, an industry-leading CBD and cannabis market research firm. White is CEO of Harvest Health & Recreation (OTC: HRVSF), which operates 27 dispensaries in six states across America. Smith is president and CEO of Dixie Brands Inc. (OTC: DXBRF), which has been producing award-winning THC- and CBD-infused products since 2009.

The sixth annual Cannabis World Congress and Business Expo will take center stage in Los Angeles during Cannabis Week, September 23-29, 2019. The festival is all about business and will feature new lifestyle products; wellness events; networking and business opportunities; arts and culture; restaurant deals; and tours, as well as workshops on hemp, marketing and design and introductions into how to earn continuing legal education credits.
