When NECANN’s New Jersey Cannabis Convention (“NECANN NJ”) kicks off later this month, the Garden State will be hosting the largest gathering in its flourishing cannabis industry. Set for September 14-15, 2019, at the A.C. Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the conference aims to promote collaboration in the existing New Jersey medical cannabis industry, as well as linking up those looking forward to the opening of an adult recreational market in the state.
NECANN takes a collaborative approach to all of its conventions, which has resulted in consistently high ROI for exhibitors, sponsors and attendees alike. Events will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday (September 14) and 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday (September 15).
In addition, on Saturday evening, attendees will enjoy an opportunity to unwind at the NECANN After Party, which kicks off at 9:00 p.m. and lasts until 1:00 a.m. The venue for this delightful get-together will be the Bourré, a New Orleans-themed pub that features free live performances and is located less than a mile from the convention venue. In keeping with the focus of the symposium, CBD snacks and CBD drinks will be available for sampling. A CBD consumption lounge will also be available, where patrons can purchase pre-rolls or roll their own hemp flower. Convention attendees can gain free entrance to the party when they show their NECANN badges.
The New Jersey Cannabis Convention provides a public platform for B2B and B2C cannabis enterprises doing business in the Northeast. The gathering will also serve as an educational platform for those interested in learning more about the vital medical marijuana program in New Jersey. The event will include two full-programming tracks (medical and business) running each day, with dozens of expert speakers sharing their insight and experience, as well as advice designed to educate and benefit attendees of all levels of experience and knowledge.
NECANN has been shining the spotlight on local cannabis enterprises since 2014, with each convention typically featuring industry professionals from around the world. NECANN NJ will be no different, showcasing more than 100 companies, brands and product lines. Presenting companies will come from a variety of sectors, including equipment, lighting, nutrients, greenhouses, supplies, tools and lifestyle, as well as services such as legal, HVAC, IT, packaging, labeling, security, real estate, staffing, HR and brokerage.
NECANN NJ is the ideal opportunity for those who are already paving a way in the cannabis industry to promote their existing businesses, sell their products and engage directly with consumers. The convention is also the place where newcomers can learn more about the cannabis market and network with growers, consumers and investors while finding out what the legalization of recreational cannabis could mean for New Jersey.
